De Lacy Reserve - Playground Replacement Program

Thank you for taking part and completing a survey to inform the replacement of the playground equipment on the reserve.

Please Note: 

- Please limit responses to one survey per household. 

- The images are indicative examples with 'sand soft fall'. Due to budget allocations in the event rubber is installed as the communities preferred style of soft fall, the number of play elements will be reduced.

- The final playground designs will be refined based on the community's feedback and input from the community input session.
