About Engage Bayswater

Welcome to Engage Bayswater! Engage Bayswater is the City of Bayswater's online consultation platform. You can use the site to learn about projects, share feedback and take part in consultations that affect your local area.

Why take part? Your local knowledge helps the City understand community needs, priorities and concerns. Feedback helps inform decisions about projects, plans and services being considered by the City.

Why register? You do not need to register to participate, but registering means you can choose the topics you want to hear about and receive invitations to consultations that match your interests, plus quarterly updates on outcomes. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

How does the City engage with the community? The City engages with the community in a range of ways, including surveys, workshops, information sessions and online consultations. Consultation informs decisions, but it doesn't determine them on its own — feedback is considered alongside technical, legal, policy and budget factors, so not every suggestion can be adopted. The City's Community Engagement Policy reflects Council's commitment to hearing from the community, and the Community Engagement Framework guides how engagement is planned and delivered.
