The City is currently seeking comment on the draft Local Planning Policies below.

Local Planning Policies are adopted under the Town Planning Scheme and expand on the requirements of the Scheme to provide guidance on Council's position on design and built form, land uses and how developments will be assessed.

Local Planning Policies are reviewed and changed from time to time, to reflect the changing needs of the community and best practise.
