Background

Council, at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 28 June 2022, adopted for public advertising the modified Trees on Private Land and Street Verges Policy.

The modified Trees on Private Land and Street Verges Policy outlines the requirements for providing, maintaining, protecting and removing trees on private land and within the street verge. The modifications relate to adjustments to the policy to align with the updated Urban Tree Policy and provide requirements for State Government major projects.
