Maylands Town Centre Car Parking Strategy

The Maylands Town Centre Car Parking Strategy was adopted by Council on 10 April 2018, following extensive community consultation. The City is now implementing the Strategy.

If you have been invited by the City to provide comment on the mix or apportionment of timed parking bays on a particular street, it is because you have been identified as a key stakeholder/user in relation to that specific parking area.

Specific parking times have already been established within the Parking Strategy (i.e. a mix of 15 minute, two hour and three hour bays), and as the strategy has been adopted, these times will not change. It is the mix or apportionment of these timed bays which is being sought (e.g. 25% 15 minute, 25% two hour, 50% three hour, etc.)
