Trees on Private Property and Street Verges

Description:

A local planning policy was adopted that included development provisions in relation to trees on private property and the street verge .

The City of Bayswater's Town Planning Scheme No. 24 was also amended in relation to trees on private property and the street verge .

Current project status:

The scheme amendment was subsequently approved by the WAPC and has now been gazetted (see documents section).
