Consultation has concluded

The City of Bayswater has received a development application for Two Two-Storey Grouped Dwelling at 10 Holdhurst Way, Morley. The City is inviting comments from the community during the public advertising period concluding Wednesday, 24 August 2016.

Current Project Status Out For Comment

Issue for Comment The proposed development includes the following variations:

  1. The proposed setback of the kitchen area, on the ground floor of the front dwellings, to the southern boundary is 1.2m, in lieu of the required 1.5m by the R-Codes.

  2. The proposed setback of the first floor at the rear dwelling to the southern boundary is 1.46m, in lieu of the required 1.5m by the R-Codes.

  3. The proposed overshadowing of the development to the adjoining property at 8 Holdhurst Way, Morley is 29.6% in lieu of the maximum allowable overshadowing of 25% by the R-Codes.
