Written comments on the applications can be submitted via the following methods:

  • Completing the online Development Application Submission Form,
  • In person at the City's Civic Centre (61 Broun Avenue, Morley), or

Plans and information for each advertised application are available from the 'Document Library'. Alternatively, the full development application and plans can be inspected between 8:30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.

If consultation for an application has closed, the form must not be used to lodge comments or objections. Incorrect use of the submission form may result in the City not accepting the submission.

The proposed development includes the following aspects, which are seeking approval against the design principles of the R-Codes. Your comments regarding these aspects are invited:

15.4.1 - Visual Privacy: The application proposes site/retaining works that alter natural ground level in the lot’s rear outdoor living area. The application proposes that the site’s existing natural slope is altered to create three flat levels connected by a staircase along the southwest boundary. Portions of the top and second levels are unscreened and propose a >0.5m raise above natural ground level, potentially allowing for visual intrusions into the adjoining lots.

2The Courts will accommodate a maximum of 16 players and three (3) staff on-site, at any given time.
3The padel courts will operate between 7:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Saturday, and 9:00am to 10:00pm on Sunday.
4142 existing public car parking bays are available.
