- Minimum on-site car parking: Nil bays proposed in lieu of 9 bays required. On-street and verge car parking is proposed to be used for staff parking and for child drop-off and pick-up purposes.
- Maximum site coverage: 35.3% proposed in lieu of a maximum 30% required.
- Minimum side lot boundary setback (south-east): Nil proposed in lieu of 3m required.
- Two signs to the front fence measuring 1.1 and 0.2m² proposed in lieu of a maximum of one sign measuring 0.2m² required.
