The City has received an application for development approval in relation to the abovementioned property for Two-Storey Single House (Amendment). In accordance with the Residential Design Codes - 2.3 Consultation, the proposal is being advertised for public comment.

The proposed development includes the following aspects, which are seeking approval against the design principles of the R-Codes. Your comments regarding these aspects are invited:

1. A patio including a 4.4m high chimney with a setback of 0.5m to the side lot boundary is proposed.

In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the proposal is being advertised for public comment.

The development proposal includes aspects outlined below which may potentially impact on the amenity of adjoining properties and require the City's discretion. Your comments regarding these aspects are invited:

1The proposal seeks approval to use the dwelling unit for unhosted short term rental accommodation, managed by the owner of the dwelling units in accordance with a Management Plan, which is available for review.
