Child Day Care Centre

The owner of the abovementioned property is seeking approval for Child Day Care Centre at 148-150 Walter Road West & 251 Lawrence Street, Bedford. In accordance with the Planning and Development (Town Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the proposal is being advertised for public comment.
The application has been lodged as a Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) application and as such will be determined by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) and not the City of Bayswater.
