The owner of the abovementioned property is seeking approval for a single storey commercial development comprising a Service Station and Convenience Store, Fast Food Outlets and a Showroom at 504A Guildford Road BAYSWATER. In accordance with the Planning and Development (Town Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the proposal is being advertised for public comment.

The application has been lodged as a Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application and as such will be determined by the Metro Inner-North Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) not the City of Bayswater. 1The application proposes to utilise the tenancy for concerts and entertainment events, predominantly associated with a church youth outreach programme.
