What is happening?
As part of the redevelopment of Bayswater Train Station, the majority of Transperth commuter parking bays will be removed, replacement parking bays will be provided at Ashfield and Meltham stations. To get ahead of the change, the City of Bayswater is implementing better ways to manage parking in the Bayswater Town Centre.
Actions within the management plan are now being implemented.
What specific changes are happening on King William Street?
A plan has been prepared detailing specific works on King William Street, including line marking parking bays and the installation of trees. You can view the plan here.
