Maylands Peninsula - Local Traffic Management

Project Update - September 2026

The Maylands Peninsula precinct has been split into 3 separate packages for staged delivery.

  • Package 4A is currently under construction and will be complete by the end of October, 2026
  • Package 4B is scheduled for delivery before the end of 2026.
  • Package 4C is scheduled for delivery in early 2027.
  • Residents directly affected by construction will be notified by letter b
This project is being delivered with funding from Main Roads WA under the Low Cost Urban Road Safety Program, which aims to improve road safety for local residents. The final placement and design of the treatments were informed by community consultation in 2023 and the 2017 Local Area Traffic Management study.
