Many of us are struggling right now, but with the sheer strength of our community, there is no doubt we will get through this together.

While sometimes it feels that by just staying at home we aren't doing anything, we are actually doing the most important thing of all - we are helping to stop the spread of COVID-19 and care for ourselves and our neighbours. We are keeping our community safe.

But we also need to support social connection, despite physical distancing. We need to reach out and make sure the people around us are emotionally and mentally strong, as well as physically safe.

So how are you doing it? How do you stay connected to family and friends? How are you managing stress? If you are able to work from home, what tips and tricks do you have for others?

Share your stories and ideas and help us create a resource we can use to get through this time and come out the other side as an even stronger and more connected community.

Please remember that this is a space to share ideas and bring people together. Please be mindful of your language and be respectful of others and their opinions.

    My neighbourhood rocks!!

by Michelle Coles, about 4 years ago

When we moved into this amazing area I created a Facebook group for the neighbours, so we could chat, plan events, etc. 😁

In this current environment, I have been crafty & made words of hope & stuck them to my fence so those walking past can read something positive. 🕊️

We'll be having kerbside drinks so we can see each other from across the road. 🥂🍻

My network of neighbours = great friends, is one of the reasons I love living in Bayswater. 💜💜
