As you are aware every year, the City of Bayswater undertakes a Leaseholder Audit to assess the use of the City’s leased facilities.
This is an opportunity for the City to:
Update our contact database
Assess leaseholders' performance against the City's Lease Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
An authorised representative from your community group (preferably a committee member) is required to complete the survey below by 31 October 2026.
The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will require the following information and documents:
Minutes of most recent Annual General Meeting
Public Liability Insurance
Financial Statement 2025/2026
Constitution
ABN / Incorporation number
Authorised contact details, postal address, ABN, Incorporation number
Engagement & development data - this include Strategic Community Plan and/or Long Term Financial Plan, accurate membership numbers over the last three years
