Calling all clubs and community groups!

Every year, the City of Bayswater undertakes a Leaseholder Audit to assess the use of the City’s leased facilities. This year, we are asking all community groups to participate by completing a survey, whether they use a City facility or not.

This is an opportunity for the City to:

  • Check in with our valued community groups and understand their needs so we can better tailor our club development services and programs
  • Update our contact database
  • Assess leaseholders' performance against the City's Lease Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

An authorised representative from your community group (preferably a committee member) is required to complete the survey below by Friday 9 December.

The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will require the following information and documents:

  • Community group details (postal address, ABN, incorporation number etc)
  • Club engagement & development data - this includes Strategic and/or Operational Plans, accurate membership numbers over the last three years, Community Upskiller attendance etc)
  • Authorised contact details
  • AGM minutes, financial statements and maintenance records (for leaseholders only).

If you have any queries about the audit, please contact the City’s Club Liaison Officer, Ross Millard on 9208 2430. Or if you have specific questions about your lease with the City, please contact our Community Leasing Officer, Jarrad Wishart-Brown on 9272 0698.

This survey has now closed.
