If I belong to a cycle club, do I respond, or the club?

What is a Principal Shared Path (PSP)?

A PSP is a wide, shared path for pedestrians and cyclists for busy areas, often along major roads or rail lines.

In the first phase of engagement, you told us that connections to the PSP along the rail line are one of the key areas for improvement.

An example is particularly evident around Seventh Avenue in Maylands. The closure of the Caledonian Avenue crossing has reduced the accessibility of the PSP, but will be addressed in part by improved cycling infrastructure along Railway Parade.

The enhanced primary cycle network along Tonkin Highway will need to ensure adequate connectivity, to open up the accessibility for residents in Noranda, Morley, Noranda and Bayswater in particular.

What are Primary, Secondary and Local routes?

    What is a Green network?

Green networks are a way to connect residents to recreational areas, particularly local parks. They focus on recreation and physical activity for personal health, and are suitable for families on bikes, casual riders and e-rideable device users.

Paths on this network could consider solar luminescent lighting inbuilt within the path.
