What is proposed to be amended?

It is proposed to amend the City's Town Planning Scheme No. 24 to:

  • rezone Lot 101 (No.505) Walter Road East, Morley from 'Light Industry' to 'Mixed Use';
  • rezone a portion of Lot 100 (No.252) Beechboro Road North, Morley from 'Light Industry' to 'Medium and High Density Residential R25'; and
  • amend Appendix 2 - Schedule of Additional Uses to include reference to Lot 101, 505 Walter Road East, Morley with an additional discretionary – ‘D’ use of 'Warehouse'.
