Why is City of Bayswater replacing the play space equipment?
The City has a 15-year Playground Replacement Program that is based on the useful life expectancy for play equipment and the Australian Standards. The play space equipment in the park has now reached the end of its safe, useful life.
The City is now engaging with the community to provide ideas and input about the design for the new play space equipment.
Will I still be able to access the reserve while installation work is underway?
Yes. The community will still have access
to the reserve.
