The scheme amendment proposed to rezone and recode land to implement the Morley Activity Centre Plan.
Current project status:
Council resolved to recommend to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) and the Minister for Planning at their Ordinary Council Meeting dated 6 December 2016 to approve the scheme amendment - Item 10.12: https://www.bayswater.wa.gov.au/city-and-council/council/council-meetings/agendas-and-minutes/2016/december/ordinary-council-meeting-minutes-6-december-2016
The scheme amendment was subsequently approved by the WAPC and then gazetted (see key documents section).
