Website on screen help us develop our website

The City of Bayswater is currently planning for the complete redesign of its website (www.bayswater.wa.gov.au). We want to create a website that is easy for you to navigate, has relevant and engaging information, and provides you with the tools and functionality needed to complete a range of tasks online.

To do this well, we need to better understand how our residents and business owners use the website and what their preferences are.

Thank You!

Thank you to all who participated in our engagement activities! The project team are collating the results to inform the design of the new website. Your feedback is fundamental to making our new website customer oriented.

The winners of the expression of interest draw for our sitemap activity will be contacted to claim their prize!

Please direct any enquiries to janelle.easthope@bayswater.wa.gov.au.

  • Site Map Activity

    CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.

The latest opportunity to provide valuable input into the redevelopment of our website is a site mapping activity. This will test the proposed structure of the new website.

What is the site map activity?

In order to test the site structure and its usability, you will be asked to find a piece of information. You are asked to click through a provided menu to find the page you think the information will be on. Clicks will be recorded to test how easily information can be found.

The activity will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Click here to start the activity.
