The scheme amendment proposed to rezone areas zoned Residential R17.5/25 and Residential R20/25 to Residential R25.
Current project status:
Council resolved to recommend to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) and the Minister for Planning at their Ordinary Council Meeting dated 12 December 2017 to approve the scheme amendment - Item 9.1: https://www.bayswater.wa.gov.au/city-and-council/council/council-meetings/agendas-and-minutes/2017/december/ordinary-council-meeting-minutes-12-december-2017
The scheme amendment was subsequently approved by the WAPC and then gazetted (see documents section).
