Development Update - October 2018

The City has received the Western Australian Planning Commission's determination from its Statutory Planning Committee Meeting held on 25 September 2018, confirming the new subdivision application has been conditionally approved. Most notably the subdivision approval includes ceding of public open space adjacent the wetland areas which will be landscaped and serve as a buffer to assist in mitigating impact from the development. The applicant is currently liaising with the City in preparation of the necessary documents to address the conditions of subdivision approval which include specifications and detail of works to be undertaken on site.
