Development Update - July 2018

The City of Bayswater has received a new subdivision application for 128 King William Street, Bayswater. The key changes from the existing approval are:

• Reduction from 27 to 23 freehold lots.

• Amended design for the cul-de-sac turnaround areas.

• Inclusion of 1,302m² public open space.

Council will be considering this application at the Planning and Development Services Committee on 17 July 2018 and the agenda for this meeting is now available on the City's website and in the Document library. Council's determination will then be forwarded to the Western Australian Planning Commission who will make a decision on the application.
