Development Update - August 2018

The Western Australian Planning Commission has advised the City that the decision regarding the new subdivision application has been deferred until no later than 25 September 2018, for the following reason:

- Further investigations are required to address comments raised by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions. Also, the proposed extension will facilitate the consideration of the application by the Statutory Planning Committee at the meeting scheduled for the 18 September 2018.
