Group Fitness Timetable Review

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their valuable feedback in our recent Group Fitness survey. Your insights play a crucial role in helping us make meaningful improvements that better align with your needs and preferences. We truly appreciate your input as we continue to enhance your experience. The proposed timetable is based on participation statistics, key survey outcomes, instructor availability and industry trends.

These following are examples of some of the changes made based on your feedback, class attendance statistics, internal resourcing capabilities and current fitness trends, which aim to better serve our participant needs.

1. New evening Pilates class at The RISE - 6.30pm Mondays

2. New Silver Sneakers class at Bayswater Waves - 8am Wednesdays

3. First Yoga morning class added at Bayswater Waves - 10.30am Wednesdays

4. New Lean & Mean strength class added to Morley Thursdays 6pm

5. Boxing class at MSRC moved to 5pm Thursdays

The new format will be trialed for a one-month period before we seek your feedback on the changes. You still have an opportunity to influence the outcome so if you like the changes, make sure the participation statistics reflect your support by attending.

With your help we will develop an engaging program that will keep your workout routine fresh, fun and challenging.

The new timetable will take effect on Tuesday, April 22nd. Be sure to check it out here!
