As part of our program evaluation and to support the development of future Health and Wellbeing programs, the City kindly requests that you complete the post-questionnaire for the Pickleball Program. 

The survey link will close on Wednesday 24th September at 5pm.

Your feedback will help shape future programs & activities, group fitness, sports programs & School Holiday Offerings. We want to ensure they are accessible, enjoyable, and cater to a range or age groups and fitness levels. 

By completing the survey, you will be eligible to go in the draw to win a 1-month City of Bayswater Platinum Membership, free group fitness class pass & a $50 voucher!

Please complete this survey by the 3rd March 2026, hard copies will be available at the Recreation & Library Facilities.
