The City of Bayswater has received a development application for two storey grouped dwelling at 20 Eaton Street, Morley. The City is inviting comments from the community during the public advertising period concluding Thursday, 1 September 2016.

Issue for Comment The proposed development includes the following variations:
A ground floor setback of 1.13m-4.53m in lieu of 1.5m to the west boundary.
A first floor setback of 1.52m in lieu of 1.6m to the south boundary.
Information Opportunities The full development application and plans can be inspected between 8:30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday up to and including Thursday, 1 September 2016 at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.
