The City of Bayswater has received a development application for a Single Storey and a Two Storey Grouped Dwelling at 3 Hotham Street, Bayswater . The City is inviting comments from the community during the public advertising period concluding Friday 2 September 2016.

Issue for Comment The proposed development includes the following variations:

The proposed south east wall of dwelling 2 is proposed to be 1.1 metres in lieu of 1.5 metres from the lot boundary.

The proposed north west wall of dwelling 2 is proposed to be 1.1 metres in lieu of 1.5 metres from the lot boundary.

The proposed south west wall of dwelling 2 is proposed to be 1.1 metres in lieu of 1.5 metres from the lot boundary.
