The City of Bayswater has received a development application for additions to single storey house at 17 East Street, MAYLANDS. The City is inviting comments from the community during the public advertising period concluding Tuesday, 30 August 2016.

Setback to the side boundary is proposed as 1.2 metres in lieu of 1.5 metres.
