The City of Bayswater has received a development application for additions to single storey house at 17 East Street, MAYLANDS. The City is inviting comments from the community during the public advertising period concluding Tuesday, 30 August 2016.
Current Project Status Out for Comment
Issue for Comment The proposed development includes the following variation:
Setback to the side boundary is proposed as 1.2 metres in lieu of 1.5 metres.
Information Opportunities The full development application and plans can be inspected between 8:30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday up to and including Tuesday, 30 August 2016 at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.
