Autumn Update on Maylands Waterland

The redevelopment of Maylands Waterland is nearing completion with all major installations now completed. Due to global supply challenges, a few components are still to arrive, such as shade sails and perimeter fencing.

We require a couple more weeks to complete water testing and allow for recent planting and turf to establish.

It is anticipated the public open space, play, picnic and BBQ areas will be open and accessible from June 2022 and the water splash pads will be operational for the summer period from October 2022.

Further updates will be provided as we start to open the park space in June and the water play areas in October.
