December Engagement Session

On behalf of the City’s consultants, Josh Byrne & Associates, you are invited to attend an upcoming engagement session in place of the City's next quarterly community forum.

Across the evening, you will receive updates on some of the projects underway as part of implementing the Maylands Lakes Masterplan.

The focus of the session will be to hear our consultants share their process for designing an overall landscape plan for the area.

You will then be invited to provide input to help inform the consultants’ final landscape plan.

No RSVPs are required to attend this session.

EVENING SESSION

Time: 5.30pm (for a 6pm start) until 8pm
Date: Thursday 4 December 2025
Location: Maylands Sport and Recreation Club, 50 Clarkson Road, Maylands

ONSITE POP-UP

An additional drop-in session will be held onsite at Maylands Lakes for those unable to attend the evening session.

Time: 8am – 10am

Date: Saturday 6 December 2025

Location: Brickworks Gazebo (between the Brickworks Drying Sheds and Brickworks Lake)

ONLINE SURVEY

Community input will be collected via a survey on Engage Bayswater. For those unable to attend the session or pop-up, supporting information will be provided online.
