The City of Bayswater has adopted the draft Heritage Places Local Planning Policy (LPP) and associated Guidelines for public advertising. These documents provide guidance on the process for the inclusion, modification and removal of heritage places from the Heritage List and/or the Local Heritage Survey.
Consultation
The proposed policy, guidelinesandCouncil meeting minutes were made available in the Document Library and the community were asked to submit a response via a submission form. Submissions were open in May 2021 and closed on 9 April 2021.
The Policy and Guidelines were subsequently adopted by Council at its OCM of 27 July 2021. You can find a copy of the adopted policy and guidlines on the City's website here.
