Description:

The City of Bayswater reviewed and modified the Height Restriction - Neville Street, Bayswater Local Planning Policy.

The reasons for modifying the existing policy was to bring it in line with the current City policy format, improve readability and remove unnecessary content. The key purpose of the policy will remain unchanged.

The key purpose of the policy is to limit the height of buildings to the height limits specified in Category A of Table 3 of the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) at:

  • Lot 103 (Strata Lot 3), 3D, Neville Street, Bayswater;
  • Lot 700, 5-7 Neville Street, Bayswater; and
  • Lot 3, 9 Neville Street, Bayswater.
