Proposed Shade Sails at Riverside Gardens Dog Park

Have your say on the proposed locations for shade sails in the fenced dog exercise areas at Riverside Gardens.

The City is proposing to install a shade sail in both fenced exercise areas. The aim is to simply provide more shade, protect against UV and make the area more comfortable for dogs and their owners.

Before we confirm the final placement, we'd like to hear your thoughts on the proposed locations for each of the shade sails (please see the proposed shade sail location plan). We'd also like to know what times of day you usually visit the dog parks in the warmer months to enable us to orient the sails to provide the greatest benefit.
