    Outdoor floor sports space

    I would love to see a rectangular flat (concrete?) space setup that could be hired to allow floorball, basketball, roller derby and pickleball to be played outside (potentially with an audience in the amphitheatre), especially during times when indoor sports is not allowed or require masks when indoors (COVID). This would complement or otherwise not interfere with other suggestions (a stage for performance, markets etc).

    A large playground with cafe for Mums to sit and watch the kids. I am talking big with water features for hot days.

    We don't need more art spaces that are rarely used and not of interest to large parts of the community. Good playgrounds attract everyone and get the kids outside. It will need state and lotteries west money.

    I would love to see a permanent stage, and regular free weekend music performances, like the ones in Subiaco, Joondalup and Fremantle.
