Notice of intention to levy differential rates for the 25/26 financial year
In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given of the City of Bayswater’s intention to adopt the following rates in the dollar for Gross Rental Value and Minimum Payments for each differential rating category in the 2025/2026 financial year.

Submissions may be made by an elector or a ratepayer in respect of the proposed rates and any related matter.
