Overview: The purpose of the Community Grants Review is to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the Community Grant Program 2018 and to determine the extent to which the objectives were met.

Together the working group will identify and progress opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation which aligns with the Strategic Community Plan. Your input will provide valuable feedback for a Council report on the Community Grants Review 2021 with recommendations.

    The information requested in this survey will be used for the Community Grants Review 2021.  

    PLEASE NOTE: If you are responsible for more than one funding stream, you will need to complete a survey for each of the funding streams.

    Please complete this survey by 5pm on Friday 23 April.
