Council provides over 100 playgrounds across the City with the majority catering for the local community living within 400m of the reserve. Local playgrounds are traditionally small play areas with natural shade (where possible), sand or mulch soft fall and play elements. These vary between natural elements i.e. logs and rocks or more traditional play i.e. swings and slides or a variety of both.
The attached survey will provide valuable information to the City and allow Council to make an informed decision based upon community preference in regards to the new playground being installed at Lake Bungana, Maylands.
