The City of Bayswater Town Planning Scheme No. 24 (TPS24) allows for child day care premises to operate with various zones within the City. The intent of the draft Child Care Policy aims to provide structure for new developments with the City of Bayswater as current standards are broad. The policy will provide child care operators with design guidance specific to child care premises to mitigate the potential impact to the community.
