Description:

The scheme amendment rezoned Lot 22, 454 Guildford Road, Bayswater from ‘Medium and High Density Residential R40’ to ‘Medium and High Density Residential R-AC3’ and modified the purpose and development requirements of Special Control Area No. 8 (SCA8).


Current project status:

The scheme amendment was subsequently approved by the WAPC and has now been gazetted (see documents section).
