Service Station, Fast Food Outlets and Showroom

LOT 30, 504A GUILDFORD ROAD, BAYSWATER

The owner of the abovementioned property is seeking approval for a Service Station, Fast Food Outlets (Two) and Warehouse at 504A, 504-508 Guildford Road BAYSWATER. The application was previously considered by the Metropolitan Inner North Joint Development Assessment Panel (MINJDAP) on the 10 May 2023 where the MINJDP determined to defer the determination of the application.

Since the MINJDAP decision, the applicant submitted an Application for Review with the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT). The Application for Review has been through a mediation process with the SAT, resulting in the applicant submitting revised plans. On 15 March 2024 the SAT has ordered that pursuant to section 31(1) of the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 (WA) the respondent (MINJDAP) is invited to reconsider its decision on or before 20 May 2024.
