Notice of intention to levy differential rates for the 2024/25 financial year

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given of the City of Bayswater’s intention to adopt the following rates in the dollar for Gross Rental Value and Minimum Payments for each differential rating category in the 2024/2025 financial year.

Alternatively you can view a hard copy between 8.30am and 4.30pm at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre and Libraries, up to and including Thursday 23 May 2024.

Submissions may be made by an elector or a ratepayer in respect of the proposed rates and any related matter.
